Registration Period : 19 May to 17 July 2015
Delegates will be received on a first come first served basis. If you register after 700 participants have been filled, you will receive a waiting number. If there are cancellations, waiting candidates will be registered in as participants in order of the waiting number. Waiting candidates that have been registered in as delegates will be notified either individually or through the website notice page.
Fees & Refund Policy
- The fee for delegates is 200,000 KRW
You must register online first and pay in full before 17 July 2015. Registration will close at midnight of 17 July 2015. Your online registration will be automatically cancelled if your payment has not been made before the closing.

We will not take any responsibility for deposits made in the name of someone other than the registered students' name. Parents who make deposits for their children must change the name of the sender to their registered children's name.
During the entire registration period, the confirmed deposits will be announced twice a day on the notice board (10:00 a.m. and 17:00 p.m.).via the email twice a week(17:00pm)

1) If cancellation has been made during the registration period (19May~17July), you will receive full refund.
2) After the registration period, no cancellation can be made nor will refunds be given.

International Participants
For international students, you must send in your fee in Korean Won (KRW), VAT included, and not in any other currency. Payment must be made before midnight of 17 July 2015 Korean time.
