Delegates are not required to speak fluent English or write researcher-level articles/COP decision in MUNCCC 2015. Delegates are required to have an English level sufficient enough to express what he or she thinks. Logical thinking and research background are more important in order to lead debate and be eligible for the awards rather than fluent English speaking ability.

Furthermore, the 2015 MUNCCC holds the committees conveyed in Korean language so that delegates who are willing to use Korean language can participate freely.
