Student officers are people who are in charge of all the procedural process in the committee as well as the quality of debate in each committee room. They are selected prior to delegate registration through multiple stages of tests and will go through rigorous training for 4 weeks before the conference to guarantee the best debate and atmosphere for the delegates.

Delegates are participants in MUNCCC 2015 who make up the most important part of the conference. Once registered, delegates are assigned countries and delegates will be required to submit position papers which will help them research for the given agenda prior to the conference. The main goal of MUNCCC 2015 is to help participating delegates learn how to research, write, cooperate, and publicly speak through the conference.

Application for Student Officers is from 19 May to 1 June 2015.
Registration for Delegates is from 19 May to 17 July 2015.
